My husband and I take this every work night for several years now. This is the most consistent melatonin I have ever tried. Works like a dream, no pun intended. Honestly I’ve only had one night that I absolutely could NOT fall asleep, even after taking double the melatonin that night. It was a fluke night: definitely not the melatonin. This stuff is amazing! My husband takes one (2.5mg) and falls asleep within 10 minutes. I take four (10mg) and routinely fall asleep within 45 minutes and sleep throughout the night. I have crazy, but pleasant dreams every night, as well. I really look forward to them. It’s like “a movie and a sleep” for me. I recommend this to my patients regularly and everyone who has tried it, finds it helpful. I strongly recommend it! I just hope they continue to stock it and use the same manufacturer.They taste great, more like a candy. Not gritty. They don’t stick to your teeth. Dissolves quickly.

Not being able to fall asleep is the most frustrating thing! These gummies work well if you sometimes need a little help. I am petite, so I can take one, fall asleep, and then wake up rested the next day without the 'hungover' feeling that some sleeps aids give. These are great to have on hand when you need them.

I use these when I have trouble falling alseep and they do help. I find the gummies work better and this brand has worked better than other brands I have bought in stores.

They work well and a good price. The only reason for me knocking off a star is because less than 30 days ago they were $7.79 and today they are $10.42. No explanation of why they jumped the price almost $3. It is the same container, same quantity, same dosage, same volume, same label, same ingredients. But now it is $3 more expensive. I guess this is due to the tariff nonsense since the bottle indicates "made in Canada."

Great for getting you to sleep. Small and easy to chew or dissolve. Really great product if you are having issues going to sleep.

Great melatonin product. My kids enjoy the flavor. They are a good soft texture. There are no artificial colors! Big plus for us!
