This thing is awesome! I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and have had weekly massages since, and sometimes I need relief in between. This helps tremendously to relieve the tension and tightness I am plagued with. Just the right level of heat and intensity to be therapeutic. I’ve used it daily for 10 days and only had to charge it after about 12 uses (and some days I am using it twice to have a 30 minute session) so I’m impressed with the battery life so far. I’d highly recommend this to anyone with neck issues!!!

This thing is amazing! It feels like someone is behind you massaging your shoulders and neck. I love that it is cordless as I keep it in my car and use during my lunch break to relax my neck muscles. I have had8 years of neck and shoulder pain/muscle tightness from a car accident and this is helping. I love too that as I use it in the car I can use the high headrests to give even more pressure against the back of it. It is still pretty powerful (i use the low setting) so that pressure isn't needed for it to be effective. I also love the heat function to help the muscles relax. I turn on my heated car seats, this heated neck massager and make the best use of my private lunchtime out in the car! I bought this one too because of the strap to make it hands gree if I ever need to use inside work too. Great product and service!

This works very well and feels great. It seems a little heavy but you get used to it when you are using it

Price of junk. Then Amazon shorted my refund $1. I also had to pay UPS $3.80 to print the shipping label. I’m over Amazon. Need to buy American made where we can.

This feels amazing but it comes completely dead. I’m on hour 6 of charging so I decided to try it and it died within 15 minutes.Update: we are on hour 18 of charging and the light is still red.
