Excellent stove and kit for the money!
I really liked this stove a lot. I did a video demo of it on my YouTube channel "St. Bernard Acres". It lit quickly, burned very hot and boiled about 8 oz of water in 3 mins. It's perfect to carry backpacking, as the forest or woods floor is full of fuel. No need to carry any. The cutlery set was really nice in the kit.

Practically complete piece of kit
So we bought one of these to see how it looked and performed. Ended up getting 3 more (for my wife, daughter and son-in-law). It's easy to get a cook fire going just using twigs. It's not the kind of stove you can just set and forget. You do have to feed fuel in regularly to keep it going, but fuel is free and plentiful, at least where I live. Other than soot on the pot and stove, it seems to burn fairly clean without a lot of smoke. The plastic coated handles are kind of silly in my opinion. Might as well peel it off and use a glove or cloth when picking up the pots. They are going to melt quickly unless you keep your fire really small. It took about 30 minutes to bring a full pot of water to boil, which isn't too bad. Everything cleaned up well after use, and fit back into the provided bags. A few weeks later I built a penny stove (look it up on Youtube) and placed it in the stove frame. With that I was able to boil a pint of water in 5 minutes, but the cross bracing got red hot. Not sure what that will do to the metal in the long run, but it does give you another option using this set. All in all you can't beat the quality and quantity of equipment in this set for the super low price.

The new design makes this a winner
So I used to have the old design portable wood burning stove. In that one, you would have to lift the pan, in order to feed it. It worked, but would easily get overloaded, and constantly lifting the pan up to feed the flames ended up being too much effort. With this new version, you can feed the fire from the side, and leave the pan on the fire. This also seems to burn easier, and doesn't seem to overload as easily. The only issue I've had is with wet wood, but then again, isn't that always the case when the wood is wet. This also seems to be easier to initially light the fire, and it's definitely is easier to maintain a constant flame. The addition of the pans and silverware make this a great kit to have when doing multiple day hikes/camps.It's definitely a camp must.

Good for a bug out bag or infrequent use.
Thin metal won't last long as I use it often- I cook lunch about every day. The pan grate is really hokey, I've already fashioned a replacement. I do like the design, sets up in seconds and some after some practice I can get a good fire going in a few minutes. The cooking vessels included are non stick and useful, i don't use the dishes and utensils, spatula is too short and fork & spoon collapse easily. Overall worth the price for the stove and miniature Dutch oven.

nice little twig stove, but the cut out edges are sharp
I purchased this kit for my emergency kit in my car. but I am very happy with it despite the cut out edges being sharp. it took me just a few seconds to light it and start throwing in bigger chunks of wood. the stove worked great, I filled the 1/2 litter pot with water and put it on top of the stove, but I did not put in enough wood to boil the water after the photographs. While camping this last weekend, we need another pot for boiling water for dishes and we used the 1 liter pot to do that. it worked as expected and I am so glad I had just purchased this and had it in my car. The stove itself is thin but functional. There are many cutouts for air and fuel and it burns well.

Very good wood stove
Bought this on basis of another YouTubers review and I am impressed. Easy to setup and to be able to feed fire to extend burn time. Stable platform for cooking vessels. I would definitely recommend to someone who enjoys the woods and needs a quality cook stove

Great design and value
Super compact and easy to fit into a pack. The cooking pans are non-stick coated and easy to clean. Watch you don’t burn the rubber coating on the pot handles (the only design flaw in my opinion).Rocket stove works awesome and cranks out an impressive amount of heat with just a handful of sticks and twigs. You’ll have to tend to the fire 2-3 times to (1) boil a pot of water and then (2) cook something for 8-10 minutes.Great design and value.
