Good for digestion, bowels, etc. not as good for just the leg cramps. I think the malate and citrate cover that base a little better. But the oxide is good for constipation issues and cleanses.

Pay attention -- These are capsules!
I know, reading the description more clearly, that these are capsules. This isn't a negative to this product, I just don't know why you'd buy the capsules vs the tabs which are easier to store, fit in your pillbox better and are just as easy to take.
