This tub has been awesomeFirst off, the 115-gallon size is very roomy, so it’s easy to fully submerge and really get the benefits of acold plunge. It’s well-sized and can comfortably fit me at 6'3. Plus, the cover it comes with is a nice touch.. it helps keep the water clean and at the right temperatureSetting it up was simple. The instructions were straightforward, and it’s portable enough that I’ve used it indoors and outdoors without any issues. The materials feel really durable and well-made, and the insulation is excellent. It has a removable inner tub that separate and makes it easy to clean. The water stays cold for a long time, so I don’t have to constantly refill it, which is a big plus.I've noticed a major difference in recovery. My muscle soreness has gone way down, and I’m bouncing back faster than ever. I used to hop in our pool during the winter months, but upkeeping an entire pool is a lot of work. In fact the ice bags are not really needed for temperatures below 40. The tub itself is pretty easy to set up and fill with water. If you don’t want the water too cold, you can always use one ice pack instead of two that are included. It doesn’t look bad in the backyard and fits right on the deck. Very heavy duty and functions just as it should. The material is very durable, which should make cleaning a breeze.
