Great ingredients without the added chemical / natural fillers that we don't need. Take this daily for supplementation to replace lost COQ10, due to taking cholesterol lowering prescription (aka statin drug). Good value! A+

good, small size easy to swallow, dr recommened for pain relief but can not really say if it works or not for that.

Hard to evaluate things like enzymes, but this stuff definitely shows up in my Blood Tests at the levels my doctor approves. I uses several other Micro Ingredients and they all work well and seem like quality stuff.

I used to spoil myself with the liquid stuff. This stuff works almost as well and at a fraction of the cost. I find microingredients products high quality. I definitely feel better throught the day with slightly more energy. Pills are a reasonable size and no hard to swallow.
