Been on a strict diet for a couple of months and struggling on the toilet, so took two at 6pm and nothing happened the next morning but 1.30pm felt slight stomach cramps and at 1.35pm was sat on the toilet thanking god I was close to one. Not for the faint of heart. Took before bed around 6pm , didn’t feel any movement until 3am when the cramps woke me up. It was a fight for my life for approx 20 minutes, the cramps were so intense and I was sweating on a cold floor. Eventually after going to the toilet fell back asleep I’ve woken up this morning with a very delicate stomach, probably should have taken it when I was off the next day, as the effects have lasted.
