As described, extremely comfortable, well made, sturdy and definitely value for money.

Sturdy but light easy to be assembled, reclining is good lovely white PU leatherette live the touch is very soft , wipe clean if stains happening as I keep it in my crafting room. Good size I am a 16 size UK and my rear fits and still of plenty room around it lol great value for the money. As everything else I have bought from this seller turn out to be impeccable and arrived intact and on time . Is been few months now and I spend around of 10 hours sitting on this chair,my back doesn't hurt very comfortable. Genuine review as I am not paid for it.

Faulty - Back of chair seam is not stitched together and there has been an extra screw hole added to one side of the seat pad which is visible and torn but we only noticed once it was build. Company only offering to replace faulty parts but as yet have not delivered them. Could buy a replacement on Prime for next day delivery however. Customer service needs reviewed. Apart from the faults and lack of replacement it is good sturdy and comfortable chair for the money.

So first of all, the product that was ordered for "01/11/2023" was late, seems pointless having this on prime next day if it is infact, not. When unpacking this, there were no instruction at all. Luckily I know what I'm doing, any other poor soul would have been scratching heads. When actually assembling it, found several Stitches have come undone on the back of the chair. The back of the chair, is held and supported by the arms. Which are screwed into the seat. Which means, you can't lean back or adjust. I measured from my old chair to this, and this infact has the wrong measurements in description as it is way smaller in diameters. All in all - Nice looking chair, however let down by several problems and the design is flawed. Not worth the money I paid for it. This will NOT be a long lasting chair, so if you're looking for something that will last a few years, I would avoid this.
