Nice taste after keeping in sunlight
So when I bought it first it tasted very sour & raw ,But after I kept jar in sunlight with olive oil ,Once cooked it tasted lovely ,Small advise for company if they let it mature the pickle before sale.

Too hot for me but son loves this so have bought a jar for him Lots of curry loving men in family loved it too

Unpleasant
I didn't like the taste or the consistency. It's oily and it has unpleasant, greasy taste. I tried a few spoons of this to be sure, then the remainder went straight into the bin. I eat a lot of Indian food including pickles, but I won't be trying this product again.
