Perfectly Blending Tabletop and Virtual Roleplaying Games
I’ve been an avid D&D player since AD&D 2nd Edition, and I have the dice collection to match, but they all have the same flaw; They are completely useless for the recently more common virtual tabletop gaming. These dice, aside from looking absolutely phenomenal, (the pictures really don’t do them justice) they have the ability to interface with software and/or online sites via an iOS/Android app. My biggest complaint with virtual gaming is the loss of the tactile feel of rolling physical dice because the “dice” are just as virtual as the tabletop. These are a genius way to bridge that gap.

Excellent product doing everything I wanted out of the box
Waited a long time for this since I missed the kickstarter and have a preorder in for a set. I was checking status on my preorder and lo and behold the stated they were putting a limited number on Amazon. So one day later the 20 sided dice is in my hands. It is everything that I was hoping for and a very flexible and well built companion app that lets you get customizing how the die behaves. Very nice, very reliable so far no too hook them up through Roll20…

Very cool, but requires some work to use with VTTs
I have been waiting for this thing since I saw I missed its kickstarter. I tend to play games over VTTs a lot and I have been greatly missing the act of rolling an actual die rather than pushing a button. So I jumped at the chance of getting a bluetooth die that would translate into my VTT. Be prepared to do some work in order for that to happen. First off, you need to use Chrome because Chrome has web bluetooth that you will most likely have to turn on (as it isn't on by default). Then you will have to make sure your VTT is setup properly...and also have SSL connected to it so that the browser can use web bluetooth with it. Sound daunting yet? Granted, it took me a couple of hours to get it all working and I had some great help with people on the Pixel Discord channel. But, beware, this is not a plug and play device for VTTs. If you want it just because its pretty...great. If you want to integrate it with your VTT...just know you have some work to do and also whoever is hosting the VTT.

Brilliant! Literally.
There are two reasons to use physical dice: the tangible dead back of a physical object, and choosing a cool aesthetic. With these, you get not only the tactile feedback, but a stunning visual response as well! And not only can you choose how it looks while it’s sitting in your dice, you can even customize how it lights up when you roll it! Flame effect, flashing, chasing lights, rainbow. You can even customize different roll results! Make every Nat 1 light up an ominous red, while a Nat 20 creates a waterfall of color.Personally, I love the clear die. I enjoy being able to see the circuitry involved. Being able to show off the amazing technical feat that is these dice is just as cool as the blinky lights. If you’re looking for the perfect gift for the TTRPG nerd in your life: this is it.

Absolutely the coolest dice ever.
I missed the kickstarter and have been waiting for these for years. Let me tell you it has been well worth the wait.Pixel seriously the best dice you can buy. It's well worth the money. I have my Aurora Sky D20 set up to send the dice rolls to D&D Beyond. I also have it programmed to play different sounds though my sound system depending on what number is rolled. When I roll a 1 it says "What a Loser" and you hear a toilet flush. It also changes the colors of the lighting in my room to match what is shown on the dice as it communicates to my WLED set up. You can also connect it to Discord, Foundry, and Roll20 with more options coming.I will definitely be adding more to my collection once they become available.

The crown jewel of the collection
Best dice I've got, I was a backer and have had two of these for a month or two at this point. Overall I love the customization and setting it up for each character to have their own unique flair for our games but still my favorite part is seeing the app recording all the rolls and giving me stats on how good/bad my die is rolling this session. From being a backer I can vouch for how much the company actually cares about quality and it reflects in the finished product (and app too!).
