Used and Dried Out
Unfortunately I purchased this in November but just got around to attempting to use it this past week. Imagine my surprise to find the tube was actually already opened (metal seal was pierced) and most of the ink was dried out. Very disappointing.

The light blue of this order does not match the light blue of previous purchases. Quite disappointing since it impacted my current project. Ink prints as well as previous inks. Base of color not same as base of original light blue so hard to get inks to match.
