After having an electronic trade in stolen last year, this year I recorded myself packing my items and used these as proof that they weren't tampered with. I feel much more secure mailing things now that I have these!

So, they are really too small for what I needed, but I ran out of time and had no choice. I needed to secure documents in plastc boxes. The labels barely made it from the tops' handles to the bottom boxes. So, I also used packing tape to hold the tops on to prevent accidental dislodgement of the tops which would have broken the seals. On 1 of the boxes, my hand slipped and I ended up putting a label in the wrong spot, so I tried to remove it, which was a bad idea, because that left not only a yellow tape which can come off, but also it left sticky residue behind, which I could rub off the box (so much for security), but not off my fingers! I had to use acetone to remove it from my thumb. However, if you're using it on paper or cardboard, you'll never get it off! Which is what it's designed for!

This is the second set I purchased. This set the security sticker seemed to come off so it was not the normal all red when I put it on the envelope. Still does the job though.

Label will show when an item has been tampered. When the maker says "high residue" they are not kidding !!

These worked perfectly. I used the to sell some electronics to help avoid any fraudulent tampering. I tested them and they leave a clear mark if you try to remove them. A bit expensive though. I think they could cost less though and for me I would have liked the choice to buy fewer stickers.
