Stinger SPV44 660-Amp Power Series Dry Cell Battery with Protective Steel Case for Systems Up to 1320-Watt

It adds a lot of extra power to your system. I have a 06' civic coupe with focal component speakers up front and some JL components in the rear. I have a german made ground zero 12" sub with 4000watts 2000rms @ 1ohm. My interior amp is a 1800watt 4channel 4-8ohm and my sub woofwr amp is a 1800watt 2ohm stable kenwood class D 2channel amp input power on interior speakers are at 0.3 and the same on the class D amp. My power capacitor is a 10farad rockford fosquate with alll major power and ground cables being zero guage. Sub cables are 8 guage and component speaker cables are 14guage. With that being said my head unit goes up to volume 34. When the volume is at 23 the sub kickes out 157db (tested at a car show during a db stand off with jacket stuck in the subwoofer's air vent. I've had the stinger one size smaller then this at that time ad it was able to play that db for 45 seconds before it started to taper off alittle. This batterybdoesnt budge. My capacitor has a solid 15.14volts steady for minutes before it flinches. I just got this battery so lets see 1yr later down the road and I will see how it is then.

I have went through 3 Yellow top Optima battery and 1 Red top in the course of 10 years. This could be very bad luck or maybe Optima's are not as good as they say they are. I do store my car every winter with the battery inside, but I do use a battery tender. Needless to say I have finally moved on from Optima.So I decided to try Stinger. Six months in and it still works great, I guess time will tell, but so far so good.Slight annoyance, this battery is way smaller (in size) than the Optima's I am used to using in my car. Getting the battery to fit was a bit of a challenge

I purchased This same battery 9 years ago for my Honda Element. The one that came with vehicle did not last due to the stereo that came with it. I started having problems turning over my engine and figured it was time to replace battery. I purchased the same exact one and It was not the problem,it was the starter. So I now have a 9 year old battery that is still cranking and a new one that I will keep and give my old one to my son for his car as he has a large energy consuming stereo. So in a nut shell I would highly recommend this battery as a 5 star replacement. Note: The nine year battery can run my sound for a half hour without a problem and still crank vehicle right up. Very happy with this battery.

Stinger makes some good products... This battery tight end up bass response. I sold with my other car. I just bought for my car again for my stereo system. The battery stopped charging. When I tried to get a replacement they wanted me to pay for shipping and declined through the seller. It was way to expensive with weight. Amazon did not help in anyways with the A to Z guarantee due to the way I worded why I needed to return item. Although I got a dud I dont trust the process now if something goes wrong. I would not recommend at all.

Its meets my expectations; I've had This Battery years before (summer 2006 thru Nov 2012). It was in my last car; the transmission was about to fail in that car; I had to get a new car, and didn't have a chance to get This Battery out. So I know how they function; its great to have one of these again (although its summer- because of heat & humidity the Voltage may usually be under 14.4); but I charge it with a Microprocessor charger once a day or two- it holds / stabilizes the Voltage; and I do have a Stinger Capacitor wired in;

Bought this battery for my Razor and it works great. Keeps a good charge and has lots of power and storage to run my stereo and lights without a problem.

Ain't no more dropping V's in this Blazer!
