Tested it with a segger j-link ultra+ to connect to an swd target and it worked.

Definitely needed for JTGAG debugging
I needed the JTAG adapter for the smaller pin size/pitch debugger that I use.This works well for that.I only wish there were more adapters, but this works great for me.
