I love drinking Instant Hydration!! I am currently breastfeeding and it is perfect to keep me hydrated when I am busy and forget to drink as much water as I need. This product is super clean which I love. Vegan, keto, gluten free, soy free, dairy free, zero sugar and non GMO!! It is a wonderful product with so many health benefits! They make it so simple! Just add one packet to 16 oz of water, stir for 20 seconds and drink!!! The powder dissolves really quickly and it tastes fabulous! The flavor is not too strong, and has a sweet and sour taste. I absolutely recommend this product if you struggle to drink appropriate amounts of water, or simply just for the electrolytes and minerals!! I even love that this company is working hard to protect the ocean! By drinking instant hydration, they work to remove plastic from our oceans!

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend because I was having leg cramps in the middle of the night and I knew it was because I was not hydrating enough especially after a workout day… I was excited to try and after reading what some said and all the hype in social media platforms… unfortunately that was all it is hype… at least to me.. I received none of the benefits it claimed to have… I would drink one packet in the morning when I was schedule for a workout with my trainer, then later in the afternoon when I felt the afternoon slump… I might as well been drinking plain water… maybe it work differently with everybody’s body and metabolism… did not work for me. I had done a subscription because I thought for sure after all I had heard, it would be just what I needed… I have cancelled my subscription and will be trying what my trainer has recommended… hopefully it will work…

I bought these for the Dreamstate Festival my boyfriend and I attended based on the reviews I saw here. In my opinion, they are wildly overpriced, but that being said, we have a lot left over so a little goes a long way. The taste was just ok, but the main reason I went with these was that there's not a bunch of crap chemicals they add to it. I might be willing to try a different flavor if the price were to come down at some point. Bottom line, they did what they said they would do. Dissolved easily, not too sweet, and they kept us hydrated for a night of dancing. Dissolved easily which was good as we put it in our hydro-packs and sipped it from the attached straw.

I bought these to help stay hydrated. The raspberry is my favorite. I also think they help with constipation and bloating. I don’t recommend the cotton candy flavor as it tastes a bit off or watered down.

Im sorry! I would not go with this flavor. It doesn't taste like cotton candy. It is sweet but just not there.

I absolutely love this electrolyte mix! I've tried a lot of others, skratch was a favorite but just couldn't handle all the sugar and was never salty enough. I was adding salt to it! This is perfectly salty and if I add a real lime wedge to the lemon Lime is like a margarita! If you're looking for an easy to mix and saltier electrolyte mix, this is your brand. I've tried lemon, lime and orange, preferring the lemon lime more but switching it up, so I don’t get tired of either of them. I don’t notice the bloating that I noticed from other brands, I think due to the sugar. I think the monk fruit perfectly sweetens this electrolyte mix without ever feeling too sweet, I think it’s a perfect balance between salty and sweet! My only tiny complaint is that they don’t offer a large bag that I can scoop out of instead of just offering the single servings. Pros and cons to both, but I sure would like to see a bulk option. I noticed I feel hydrated and energized pretty quickly after I start drinking it, something that water alone generally doesn’t do for me since I do a lot of high intensity exercises where I sweat a lot! I also appreciate the high-quality ingredients, ingredient sourcing does matter!
