it was a gift for my daughter to help her manage her stress, I love the Australian Bushflower Essences, I am a level 1 practitioner of them in this case it was easier to send her the blend and I am so grateful I could buy it and have it send to her so easy

I like this stuff more than rescue remedy. Doesn’t taste as nice but I think it’s more calming. My bioenergetic practitioner has got me taking a couple of drops at night and sniffing oregano oil. I’m sleeping like a champ and feeling lively when I get up.
