Things should just work and this headphone set does just that. I use this for work. It paired with my laptop easily, the sound is clear for calls and meetings. I don't need it for gaming or music. Just to work reliably for calls and meetings and it does the job. It's easy to set up and the controls are easy to use. The only thing that bothers me is occasionally I will accidentally hit the mute and not realize it. Though the microphone boom does light up red but I'm usually too preoccupied with why no one can hear me that I don't notice it. Not a headset issue but a user issue. I would buy again if this ever dies.

The sound is good, perfect noise cancellation and the battery last more than a week so its perfect for HO and office.

Constant complaints from coworkers regarding background noise on calls. Could only hear audio through right side. I had to purchase a different headset and went with a different brand.

Good headphones , i have been using it for 6 months daily for my work , i usually take avg 4-5 hours per day call , never ran out of battery and never disconnect in between i recommend using the USB dongle included for MS team, it give stable Bluetooth connection. 1 start removed , as the buttons position is very weird and i never get the buttons correct till date. comparable to Jabra product , i do recommend this product to anyone using for MS team.

I tried more than 5 headsets and this one has amazed me. When my Jabra Evolve 75 broke (the microphone stopped working likely due to moving it up and down to mute/umute) I needed high quality voice with minimal background noise for work calls. This headset blocks all background noise and I’m very pleased also by the controls: muting/unmuting & answering calls is very easy and intuitive. Highly recommend this headset and I’m very tempted to order a second pair just as backup.

he build quality feels cheap and doesn't offer good value for the price. The biggest problem is that during Teams meetings, whenever a notification comes in, the audio completely cuts out. I have to manually switch to my PC speakers and then switch back to the headset every single time this happens. This is extremely disruptive and makes them practically unusable for work calls. I'll be purchasing a different headset to replace these.

Sounds good but every 20ish minutes or so the sound cuts out followed by "battery at x percent" followed by a few seconds of silence and then back to the call or whatever. It's so damn annoying and the 5 (yep, 5) Lenovo tech support reps didn't have an answer. I def would've have bought it if I'd known

This product is the best value for money propsotition available for wireless headphones anywhere online atm. Those headphones are much better than my old Plantornics Traveller model - they are much lighter have better functionality as they connect without the need of a Bluetooth dongle (saves a USB port) and have similar if not better audio and micrphone quality for a fraction of the cost. I would recommend to anyone looking for similar high quality product.
