Crenics 3 Pieces Caulking Tool Kit, Yellow Silicone Sealant Finishing and Replace Removal Tool with a Caulk Nozzle

I really only bought this for the smoothing tool that worked very well. It comes with a 1/8 radius on one end and closer to a 3/16-1/4 " radius on the other. I suggest trimming the end so it will make a 45 degree bead instead of a radius. A radius that tapers to zero is a weaker bond to the substrate and is more prone to peel.The tip of the smoothing tool is a softer silicone that works well as a squeegee if you aren't the best at laying down a perfect bead of caulk.The caulking tip that goes on the tube was too big a radius and would have wasted a lot of material so I didn't bother using it. I also didn't use the removal tool so can't really comment on that but it looks like it would work well without scratching. It also strangely comes with a pouch that the tools don't fit in. Why this is included I am not sure.

I especially like that the edging tool wasn't the all in one version and the chalk remover was separate. I have a few of the all in one tools and I have had to break the pointed remover off so I wouldn't stick my hand with it constantly. In general having everything separate worked much better for me.

I purchased this item because I am renovating my bathrooms. They are a great investment if you want professional results. In addition, they work on windows, door frames, and even sidings to get rid of cracks and reduce air flow. This saves money on energy costs in the long run. Well worth the price.

Having to do a window job really quick for winter, this set came in really handy. The remover worked great and the caulk nozzle attachment saved all kinds of time. The ability to hold these tools like a detail paintbrush made getting to the underside of things very easy. Also the bag you put them back in, kind of forces you to remember to keep them clean so you don't get lazy. All in all totally worth it.

They do what you would expect them to do, uniformly smooth out the caulk.They are good for normal applications, where you only put down a thin bead along walls. Ifyou are trying to do thick beads, these wont work since it will only spread it out. For thick beads you are better off getting those smaller tools with variable widths

I really had high expectations for this kit, but am disappointed. The caulk removal tool seemed to be effective, but the tools for applying and finishing were good ideas that didn't quite work. The caulking finisher on the caulk nozzle tool did initially seem to work, but began spreading the caulk out beyond the desired area after a few inches. Also, cleanup of this tool is a challenge. How do you get all that caulk out? I would recommend that some kind of plunger device be included in the kit in order to push the caulk out. The reason why I didn't give a lower overall rating is because of the possibility that I wasn't using these tools properly. Then again, there were no instructions with the kit. A link to an instructional video would have been helpful. In the end, I used my finger to spread the caulk because it was more controllable.

The sealant finisher tool worked amazing, the sealant looked like it was professionally done, I'm going to buy another kit to have at home and up north.
