It may give you jitters or the shakes if you're not used to taking energy drinks.Recommendations: **Do not take the full shot at one time, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine. At first, sip small amounts to see how you feel as this is a pretty strong shot. Do not take on an empty stomach to avoid stomach cramps or other stomach related issues. This is a bulk pack, and there are 48 small shots. They are sealed up pretty good which I'm used to with this brand as I have been drinking other flavors for years and used to these. These are blue raspberry flavor, and oh my gosh, this is the best flavor I've ever had in an energy shot or drink. The blue raspberry flavor doesn't taste overly artificial or strange like some flavors can be. It tastes like my favorite blue raspberry slush. I love blue raspberry flavor, and if these weren't so loaded with caffeine, I would want to have them more often in the day as the flavor is so good (Don't do that as it's too much in one day). It tastes good sipping it straight, but it also tastes good diluted in a water bottle full of water. I am used to drinking about 200 mg of caffeine in an energy drink every morning, and this has quite a bit more. Because of that and to avoid too much going into my system too fast, that's why I thought of putting it in a water bottle and mixing it up with a container of water. That way I get a lot of hydration straight in the morning which I have been struggling with to get enough of, and the entire mixture of water tastes amazing. It also slowly gives me the caffeine so it's not so strong and shocking as I'm a small woman weighing around 106 lbs. I don't even want to need caffeine, but I've had some major health complications the last decade causing severe exhaustion. I won't be getting out of bed if I didn't have any. Anyway, just sipping on the water bottle the caffeine and vitamin mixture hit me pretty fast, however, I didn't feel overstimulated or jittery. It seems to be long lasting, but I have found that with their other types. I would definitely stay away from this if your tolerance is low to caffeine and these are for people like me who are used to it. However, if you do have a low tolerance you could stretch these out to last twice or triple as long by just drinking a portion of the drink for whatever amount you need for a little pick me up. If for some reason I was having a really exhausting day and I needed energy later on, I would probably do that by just taking a couple gulps. However, I avoid that since I have trouble sleeping if I drink caffeine past 11:00 a.m. Definitely keep these hidden and outer reach from children. If they knew it tasted so good they may sneak it and that would be toxic. Overall, I am just tickled I was able to give these a try with my favorite blue raspberry flavor with a brand that I have been drinking for years and I have many to last me over a month, and I feel so lucky. If I saw these at a gas station I would definitely grab one of these instead of another type of energy drink. FYI, If you have really dry skin after drinking this consistently or even breakouts, it could be the vitamins. My body reacts this way to things that are loaded with different vitamins, and this particular one tends to make my skin dry if I drink it too often for about a week until after I stop taking extra vitamins. However, my body is incredibly sensitive and not like typical peoples. I'm so happy about the taste and energy in general, and would love to try more, thank you very much.

Value alone, this 48 pack breaks down the cost to about $1.50 per unit, depending on your purchase price.I have absolutely fallen in love with this flavor, a nice fruity mango-forward scent, a little sweet and tart at the same time, with a smooth aftertaste. some people might find it odd at first, but it really has grown to become my favorite of all that I've tried of these. these have about 260 mg of caffeine, which is a minimum for someone like me who just can't get enough to start the day!Shipping a 48 pack meant they will send a bigger box that has four of the 12 packs inside, so they're easy to store and stock up for later. The rigid & sturdy packing of each of these boxes confirms they won't break or get smashed during shipping, very functional and thoughtful on their part!my only gripe is with the plastic over wrapping and how difficult it is to open these. I struggle with each bottle, even though there's a perforated strip to use for opening. they're just too rigid and difficult to open, unlike their major competitor which only takes a little force to pop open, yet stays secure.this is an amazing deal and value. if you're into energy shots like I am, this is a must buy!
