Was given to me for Christmas to use with our RV. Spring is here and I tried it for the first time. As mentioned in other reviews - Code takes you to a site that does nothing.A piece of junk - My family wasted their money.Do not make the same mistake we did!!Do not purchase!!

I used this product one time for a work luncheon to show a slideshow of pictures continuously on the tv in the restaurant. After being plugged for about an hour the picture froze on the tv screen, even though the slideshow was still playing on my iPad. After unplugging and restarting everything (iPad included) the picture started working again on the tv. The HDMI plug-in seemed to be over heating and kept freezing the slideshow about every hour after that. Pretty annoying but it did the job.The second time I tried to use the product the black screen with the guide on how to hook it up, with a square code was the only thing I could get on the screen. following the code to an app that asked to download new firmware, still never made the cable work to project my screen to the tv. Pretty disappointing.

This is a piece of crap! The first one I ordered worked for about a month then stopped for no reason when I upgraded my phone. I contacted Amazon for some troubleshooting options but instead they offered to refund my money or replace it. I chose the replacement because it hadn’t been that long. Once I got the replacement, I was satisfied at first. It was working fine but let me stress that I don’t use this cord every day; not even every week! I have a lot of DVDs and access to Netflix and Hulu; so I mainly use it when I’m watching things on YouTube or other sites. Suddenly for no reason, I go to watch a movie and it won’t connect to my iPhone! Same as the first cord! All I see is the connection stuff that appears on the screen when u hook it to your tv and plug it into an outlet! I’m very disappointed in this item. I just want a quality HDMI cord that will work and continue working beyond a month; especially since I’m not using it all the time!

This did not work. I took it straight out the box and it doesnt work. Turns out NONE of these cords that say “connect iphone to HDMI” will not work because iphone does not support certain connections such as HTML. You have to buy a certain HTML cord to connect your phone to the tv.

Yes I don’t work just fine in the beginning, however after a few weeks it stopped working. It will pull up a display image, however it will no longer transfer my phone to my TV

DOES NOT WORK. WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. As soon as I plugged it into my Apple charger, it smelled of electrical smoke. I don't have time to deal with this thing and certainly I'm not going to ever plug it into my phone or TV again. I wanted to show family pictures from my phone on the big TV and I'll have to resort to some other solution.

Neither one of these worked but a few minutes.Since I had given them for Christmas gifts I replaced with Walmart ones

No problem with it so far been using it for a couple months now

I can stream movies straight from my phone.
