Not for tinnitus
Definitely does not work for tinnitus. I really wanted it to. Pressure felt good but did nothing for what I wanted it for.

Made my ears sensitive
I’ve had headaches all my life. I used this thing in hopes it would help relive some pain. It left me with permanent hearing sensitivity, where even the slightest noise can hurt, like the crinkling of paper. This company sucks, don’t trust a single word they say. Talk to your doctor first before ordering this. If I could sue them I would.
