Pathetic service by Amazon and HP as well
I have purchase HP100 net band from Amazon. After getting the delivery when I check the product it was defective as its left speaker was not working so I have tried to contact HP service centre but the number given for the support does not connecting to any service agent and simply the bot is asking to write an email. I was a tried to contact their service centre but the numbers with they have provided on the website and also the amazing team and provided me it's useless first thing they will not answer second it will be not connected.Then I have contacted with Amazon support team and explain them the issue after listening everything they are simply saying that day won't be able to help I have to contact the service centre only neither they are not taking the responsibility that they will get it done with the seller.I am just wondering that after receiving the product within 1 or 2 hour I have contacted to HP and Amazon as well but they are not helping so how can we trust this online e-commerce website for any of the product and how can we assured that they are going to give the service correctly it is the pathetic experience with Amazon and HP as well I would suggest you not to buy this product you can pay 100 200 more and go for boat or any other company product which services better than this.I am just writing this review so that whoever is reading before purchasing if you want to get frustrated by paying your own money then please buy this product or else I'll suggest for better option.Useless pathetic worst third class and etc service from Amazon and HP

Worst quality. don't every buy this. Mike quality is very bad.For this price range good quality nackband are available....I demand return this item worth less item... wires are very this in normal use also it ll not stand minum day's. It ll not disconnect when both hear buts attached together...
