Random Pokemon Japanese Booster Pack Lot of 4

Just wanted to write a review because I see people often give low ratings due to never getting any “hits” from their packs. Buying loose packs is always a gamble, but opening any packs from any TCG is a gamble in itself. But, since I took a risk I’d like to show that I did get two ARs from two of the four packs received. The tops were folded over, but it was folded above the cards and no cards were bent or damaged.

Packs came in perfect condition, not tampered with and exactly as described. The packs came together sealed in a plastic protector film. Pulled one EX out of the four packs I opened. No duplicates or anything I noticed that seemed off. Would buy again.

The cards arrived safely and without bends or tears in any cards. I liked the variety of cards that it gave, and while I did get several repeat cards, it gave a great amount for the price. The tool and trainer cards were good as well and not too many. My only issue was the amount of Energy cards I received, which was probably about 20-25 cards, which I do not have much need for as I do not play and only collect.

Decided to try Japanese Pokemon instead and packed something. A hit is a hit.

I’m really not even sure these are legit Pokémon cards, super flimsy and seems like it’s missing cards. I got the same 3 in 4 packs so there isn’t much variety from what it seems. They were sealed but I really don’t think they’re even legit cards. Tried to look them up and couldn’t find them anywhere. Pictures were correct but those particular cards were nowhere to be found.

People tell you not to buy single packs like these. But I didn’t listen and did it for science and the people! Haha ok not really, I just have wanted to rip some packs. But anyways, I got nothing from them and probably not resealed but they can easily be scanned for hits with a metal detector. So I probably wouldn’t buy again. Japanese packs are best bought in bulk or in a booster box as there’s guaranteed hits.

Cards came in less than two days and were in great condition. My local game shops also confirmed the authenticity of the cards for anybody weary in that regard. Great purchase.
