Long story short- they work. My boyfriend is a nightly snorer…. Like a throat rattling, bed shaking snorer. These work really well. When he does still snore, it’s way quieter and not with every breath. The only downfall is that you have to take 2 of them 30 mins apart. It’s hard when he’s really tired and has to force himself to stay awake for the second one. It also seems like they would be hard to use for someone who doesn’t have a perfectly regular sleep schedule, because you have to take them consistently to work best. I’m happy because I don’t have to sleep with earplugs in anymore. :)

I have been using this for about 1 week. It does seem to work for most of the night. My husband says that I do sometimes start snoring early in the morning. I say it is better than anything else I have tried and I have tried ALL devices out there. I say give it a try!

The taste was good but not very effective for me plus I have sleep apnea. It did decrease my nasal drip a little though.

So, obviously my wife was the one who was worried about how I'd stop breathing while I slept and when I was breathing, I was snoring so loud it would keep her awake. I don't have the type of career to take off whenever I want to see the doctor in order to get this problem--most likely sleep apneia ( not sure how to spell it)--but I know that the solution is to where a breathing mask while I sleep. That solution is not possible for me since I cannot sleep or even go to sleep while on my back at all. Therefore, I read a lot of really good reviews for this product and decided to try it.First, it does work. It has improved my snoring to a level where my wife can sleep better herself. I've also noticed that I have more dreams for much longer now, which is a sign that your sleep has improved or is improving.However, I do still snore, just not like I used to, which has been described to me as a band saw or a wood chipper.Even though the product says it comes in 2 month-intervals, it tells you to take 1 pill 30 minutes before bed, then 1 more pill as you go to sleep. Pretty hard for people with kids or irregular nightly schedules but that's not the point. A 2 month prescription turns into 1 month, most likely 1.5 months depending on how often you take this stuff. You can go from taking 2 pills every night to 1 pill nightly or even every other night, but a guy like me, I need to take at least 1 pill every night. Depending on how tired or how much sleep I know I'm going to get, I'll take 2 pills.So, yes, the product does help and it does do what it says, but it's not an exact science. You have to become a genie pig yourself to figure out how to take the medication properly if you're not going to take 2 pills nightly.I'm no medical professional, but if you're like me, overweight and snoring so loud that your wife can't sleep, go to you doctor and get the problem fixed semi-permanently.

I live alone currently so I don't know if they really work. lol... nice taste.

My snoring was never that bad, but it had gotten bad enough that my wife requested I look into something to stop it. This appeared to be the most reliable, cost-effective solution.The description doesn't tell you that you're to take 2 tabs per day, so this is actually a 30-day supply. You take one 30 minutes before going to bed, and chew/suck on another as you're lying in bed. The surprising thing is that, after taking it for a while, you can supposedly cut back to every other day, and possibly less, and still be effective. I've only been using it for about a month, and have accidentally forgotten it a couple days, and apparently it worked - I didn't snore.I used 2 per day for the first week or so, but I often have trouble determining exactly when 30 minutes before I go to bed is, so I've dropped down to just one tab, as I get in bed. It appears to still be just as effective, at least for me. I was worried that the taste would be bad, but it's really not. There's really almost no taste at all.All in all, I'm pretty happy with it. I wish the description included more of the information that's on the package, but I've listed it for you here, so hopefully there won't be any confusion after purchase.
