I find it helpful in stabilizing my Mast cells. I take it twice a day and it helps me a lot. I can eat a lot more ( variety ) Otherwise, I need to follow a pretty strict diet of plain items. Dr. theorides from tufts is the brains behind flavonoids helping with many illness's- he currently is working on several other things worth reading about as well. go read about him mastermastcells Smart Doc- worth reading some of his research, not sure what you are considering taking it for, but it helps people with mast cell issues! I know he does work with autism and other issues as well. if you need and helps- can be a life saver and worth every penny! , if you don't need it- it is a bit expensive- wish you well and Health!

Can someone tell me what this is for exactly?

The ingredients are listed on the packaging images. Basically it is herbs and antioxidants that help with histamine intolerance, mast cell disorders, and detoxing from mold exposure.
