It took me a second try to get item to work as I went back to the video on line to see what I did wrong. I just plugged it in and did not run the software so it did not work. After installing driver it worked great. Nice price and nice product.

it's been barely three months and i'm already having trouble again lmao. disconnecting randomly, slow speeds all of the sudden. not worth it. wanted to try this one because it was cheap and small, but clearly not worth it

I knew UGreen made solid products years ago when I bought a pair of Bluetooth earbuds over 5 years ago. They worked like a dream and when I saw this adapter I figured I could give them a try. Happy that I did. I plugged it in and in less that 5 minutes it was installed and connected and working like a charm. It provides a steady connection and with Wi-Fi 6, I have no complaints. I needed it quick and cheap and UGreen delivered yet again. Highly recommended!

it works very well, but remember to install drivers on device manager. It isn’t that much faster if you didn’t use it but it’s normal basically. It’s very easy to install and connects very easily

I just recently installed a TP-Link Wifi 6 access point. I was getting roughly 400 Mbps download using the built-in Wifi in my Dell Inspirion 802.11ac adapter.I installed the UGreen adapter into a USB 3 port in the laptop. The installation was really smooth (thus why it got 3 stars and not 2). I had disabled the on-board adapter to make sure there was no conflict.When I ran the same speed test, I was only getting just over 200 Mbps. I reran the test several times. I was up super early in the morning, making sure I was the only one in the house using the network. When I removed the UGreen adapter and re-enabled the on-board adapter, I was back up to the 400-ish Mbps from before.I had expected to have around 600 Mbps on the UGreen adapter (half again more). I got half the performance of the on-board adapter.I think for people with laptops where the onboard Wi-Fi has died, this could be a really good option. It is inexpensive, and it installed really easily. However, I absolutely got the exact opposite of my expectations for speed.

Was having wi-fi problems with my computer and decided to purchase this item and go from there. Plugged it into the USB port and it took care of my connection issues. I would recommend this item. Delivery was on time as stated.
