Great Product !!!
This threshold is very heavy duty. I bought this for my barn and it is definitely solid for the tractor. In the future I want to purchase one for my garage.

For the price excepted better quality rubber.
Base looks to be heavy duty. But the rubber inserts get damaged during shipping because the fold them over and it causes permanent bump in them. Product comes from the UK so it takes a long time to get.

Buy an impact driver! Update! Sept. 15, 2019
Update Sept. 15, 2019...We are in the middle of a huge thunderstorm right now. It's been pouring for hours and I don't have a drop of water in my garage! I posted 4 new pictures. I posted pictures of the left/right garage door tracks where I used E6000 adhesive to glue down the Garadry foam blocks...no water flowing in like it always did in those two spots. The picture of the right side track looks a little wet, but that NOT water, it's E6000 adhesive. As you can see, no water anywhere along this amazing threshold. So far, so good!I will update sometime during the winter with snow melt. That was always a mess every time we had snow.I will also update should I ever get water in the garage again. Initial review is below:Five stars for an incredible garage door threshold. I bought mine directly from Garadry and posted a picture to prove I have it and it's installedI have gone through 3 rubber thresholds and each of them lasted 2-3 years and failed. The construction adhesive always stopped sticking to the floor and was stuck to the rubber threshold which made it impossible to reuse them because you can't scrape the adhesive off the rubber.I decided I was finished with glue-on thresholds and went on a hunt for something that could be screwed down and that's when I found this Garadry aluminum commercial threshold. It's obviously a well made and extremely sturdy threshold. My complaint is with installation. I suppose if you have a workshop full of every tool you could ever need, this could take just 1 hour like Garadry said it would. I had my hammer drill, another drill for screwing and tools to cut the threshold, but instead of one hour, it took me a day and a half to get this installed.Just cutting 3.5" off took me one hour with my oscillating saw and a hack saw. This thing is THICK and NOT flimsy aluminum. Then I carefully lined up the threshold, marked the holes, measured the huge, honkin' screw to the drill bit and set the depth, adding 1/2". I had to drill 19 holes and vacuum them out FIVE TIMES because the screws wouldn't go in. Do the math... 19 X 5... That's a LOT of drilling. I was using the bits I bought from Garadry. I ended up having to pull out my 6 inch Bosch drill bits to drill deep enough for the screws to go in. Then, my Bosch bit broke... waaaaaay down in a hole. Just great. So, I filled that hole with concrete patch and decided I had to drill two more holes into the threshold and floor on both sides of the patched hole because, of course, that hole was in a critical spot where water always came in. That meant I was short one screw. That sent me on a hunt for a screw big enough to work. Hours later, I had the screw in and had to quit for the day before I lost it. I broke two drill bits and flattened/destroyed another one. I went through 3 drill bits, so have a lot of spares handy! The next day, thinking all the holes were finally deep enough, I could just screw the screws and be done. No such luck. I still had to ream out some holes before I could finish.I think Garadry should recommend people use an impact driver to install their anchor screws. I would have bought one and it would have been worth every cent spent! I will make that recommendation! Have an impact driver before you start because these screw are huge and you need one.I wanted to wait for a nice big thunderstorm before I reviewed this, but haven't had one. We did have a nice heavy rain today though and no water in the garage! The real test will be a thunderstorm and melting snow in the winter. I will report back on both of those. This is probably the best garage door threshold you can buy, but make sure you have an impact driver and allot more than one hour to install it.Also, I want to add, I took my Lexel clear sealant and ran a bead of it across the front (outside) edge of the threshold and used E6000 adhesive to glue in the foam blocks Garadry sells. I glued those at each end.... Cutting to fit where I needed them. Hopefully, I will NEVER need another garage door threshold. PLEASE.
