How to Think Like a Realist: A Methodology for Social Science (How to Research Guides)

One again Ray Pawson shows why he is the leading voice in this field. This is his fifth and final book on his series charting his life’s work and research into social research methodology and I would have to say he has saved his best until last. I found this book a great read: insightful and thought provoking yet easy enough to follow due to the authors use of illustrative examples combined with a splash of humour. But ultimately full of knowledge and intellect shared from an expert on the subject.
