This is me, based on research articles I have read I decided to combine PQQ ( mitochondria generator ) with Coq10 ( Mitochondria energy fuel). The result is outstanding. Designs for Health understand the benefits of combining these two for full mitochondria benefits inside cells. I don’t recommend you do what I do, but do your own research. Regarding this supplement, it’s the rarest since it’s hard to find pure bio PQQ in the market without contamination unless it’s reputable brand like this one.

Designs for Health is probably one of the top two brands I use for supplementation. I haven't had any issues with this brand or shipping. I've used Mito-PQQ for over a year and felt more energy. The dietary supplement stuff is tricky tho because you have to test and for me after testing cellular function returned to nominal performance. I'm happy with this product and it worked the best for me over a few others I've tried.

At first this was too much......I found myself having trouble sleeping. Once I dialed in the dosage (I cut back to one) it helped me to have energy without being too wired at night. I combine this with another product that has some rhodiola in it. There are days, despite the 250 mg of rhodiola from the two products there are days when I can barely keep my head up. I will probably go back to the 2 capsules. I also give it to my husband who still has his midday energy crash despite the two MitoPQQ.
