These are very well formulated Essential Amino Acid Tablets with nothing added to them. I have used several LLS brand supplements and I can clearly see that they provide very high quality supplements. These are great to supplement for your protein needs. I am predominantly plant based so this is helpful for me to get Essential Amino Acids without having to have very large amounts of protein shakes. They are great for recovery from workouts and supported my body well. What I really like is that there is nothing else added which means I am not putting in anything nasty in my body. The key practical things you would need to consider: - The Tablets are large so may not be easy to swallow for everyone. (Also swallowing 5-10 tablets may not be to everyone's liking) - Since they don't have a coating then again this does not always make it easy to swallow and you would get some bitter taste when it touches your tongue - Since there is no coating over time the tablets can start disintegrating slowly over time which means you will have powder in the bottle and it can get messy The above would not be an issue if it has a coating and something binding it together but that means adding something that would not be good for you. I appreciate that LLS are not using a coating as I don't want any additional nasties in this. The alternative if you did not want the above is to have their flavoured Essential Aminos drink which is an a Apple and Kiwi flavoured powder you mix with water For me the tablets work well and I just work with the practicalities of them but I also use the flavoured Aminos. I continue to trust this brand.

One of the if not THE only EAAs I found that come in tablets instead of flavoured powders, it's amazing! I highly recommend, I definitely noticed recovery is better and I also take it first thing in the morning before having a fasted run, I will definitely be a repeated buyer and keep using it!

Good clean product and better price when on offer, then some premium brands

Good-quality EAA powder that mixes easily and tastes better than expected. Works well during or after workouts and doesn’t feel heavy on the stomach. Ingredient list is clear and dosing is straightforward. A solid choice for training support. Don't like the taste though

A good quality/value for money amino acid supplement

Very good

I mix this in my pre-workout : creatine, BCAA, citrulline, and beta-alanine ,and together they make an amazing combo. The apple and kiwi flavour blends perfectly with everything, no weird taste or foam, just smooth and refreshing. I train pretty heavy, one warm-up set and two working sets per exercise to failure in the 6–12 rep range, and this mix really helps me push hard from start to finish. The amino support feels spot on , good energy, better endurance, and faster recovery between sets. It’s become part of my routine and makes a real difference when going all in at the gym.

Firstly let me say that these are good amino acid tablets on paper. They have all the eaa’s including histidine, which in my opinion is necessary and is often left out. They are very large tablets, and they don’t taste great. To me that’s completely irrelevant as I’m not buying them for their taste, they do the job. I have used these tablets consistently for more than a year and have seen the price creep up, no surprise. However the latest price hike is just obscene. I last purchased them on the 27 Aug 2022 for £24.95. Then they went out of stock for a number of months till I checked today 10 Dec 22, 4 months later and they’re priced at £34.95. I understand and expect price rises during the current economic climate, but this is completely unjustified in my opinion and goes beyond offsetting costs. My personal take is this is just pure greed. They have a base of people who like myself were happy with the product at £22 then £25 and they decided to exploit that and see how much we’re willing to pay. This isn’t good business practice and shows that they do not respect their customer base. This is as much a review of the company as it is this individual product. Needles to say I will no longer be buying this or any other products from them. Update 22/03/23 I’m updating my review as the company have now reduced the price therefore I think it only fair to acknowledge that, and update my review accordingly. As the ridiculous price hike was the only contention I had with this product. It is now priced at £29.95 and while not cheap, I believe this is at the upper limit of what I would consider a fair price. How long it remains is to be seen. All I can say is If your buying it Keep an eye on the price and decide for yourself, I personally would not pay over £30 pounds for it.

This is excellent. We use a couple of essential amino acids with Stevia and we'll look for ones that do not contain sucralose. This does not contain citric acid or malic acid so the 1st thing you notice is how featherly light the powder is. The taste is excellent and the mixing ability is great. Please make additional flavors.

The only thing better than Love Life's products is their customer service! I had a problem with international shipping and Richard promptly stepped in and made an very kind gesture to get things sorted and really helped me out. Companies with customer service like this are rare nowadays. I cannot recommend this company enough and fully believe in their mission. I've been taking both the EAA's and Creatine with great success for years. 5+++ Stars all the way!
