Surprisingly amazing and accurate. Over the last 2 weeks, I have been comparing Sleep, HR during workouts, RHR, HRV etc with Apple, samsung, oneplus 2 and Amazfit Trex watches (I know, crazy that I have all of them). I even compared it to the HR sensors on high end gym cardio equipment. This ring is surprisingly very accurate with +/- 1% range. It has been almost 10 days and I have about 15% juice left in the battery. Unbelievable for an Indian brand that has been primarily service based. Would recommend without a doubt. But it works only for those who wish to track their health metrics. It doesn't serve any other purpose and surely doesn't do justice as a piece on your finger, look wise. Do not go for cheaper options like Gabit etc. Very happy with the purchase.

After 1 month- it has been good to get all the insights and with AI coming to give summary it would be great :) saw some heating issues probably due to wrong adaptor u used.
