I have these speaker stands in my home study, and the are holding a pair of Definitive Technology Demand D7 Passive Speakers. The build quality of these stands is really great. Solid, sturdy and very well coated. They come with vibration absorption pads for both the stand and the bottom of the speakers.Would recommend these any day! Amazing Product, much better than all the cheaper and even more expensive plastic ones around on the market.One word of notice, its not the pair of stands, so you have to buy 2 of this product if you want a pair. Thought I'd mention it because I nearly made the mistake of buying only one.

These German made stands are of exceptional high quality material and build, unfortunately they only come in packs of one (hence losing a star in my review). As a result this effectively doubles the cost of the stand and brings much more competition a the higher price. I can not imagine many people buying or looking for one single stand for STEREO speakers. On the positive side these are particularly well made pieces of steel. Mainly just two parts of heavy duty stand interlocked with a single hand tightening screw. Overall they have a very slick and professional feel to them. Perhaps a clearer advert explaining they are sold singular would work.

I was searching for a long time for a monitor solution where I could slide the stands underneath my turntables due to minimal space at home and most of the products I found weren't suitable for this purpose. I came across this stand on Amazon which ticked every box.The first thing you will notice when you unbox one of these is how strong and sturdy these things are. They ooze quality. No tools required, they have a simple hand knob to adjust the height. I have this adjusted to the maximum height and I have no doubt that they will have any problems holding the weight of the BX5 speakers in the long term.To summarise, they are superb and I'm more than happy with them.THE PRICE YOU SEE IS A PRICE FOR ONE.

Seems a sturdy item but needs to be a lot clearer that this is for 1 speaker stand and not a pair. Had to order a 2nd stand other wise i wouldn't have purchased in the first place.

Probably too short for most instances other than on a table but I needed a sturdy floor standing stand. The height was just acceptable. Far superior to some of the other types which tended to be less than sturdy.

I am pleased with these. Not cheap, but they have improved the sound substantially by raising them to the right height and providing a decent, isolating base.
