The product is genuine as you can verify. Mango taste good though not like natural mango but a great effort.No bloating, no gases, no stomach upset (generally this brand does not but would depend on your guy too). No banned substances, no harmful chemicals to kill the kidneys. Mixes well with water and does not form lumps.Except this is whey protein and it's absorption is nearly 100% by the body and since any protein (fish, chicken, eggs or this whey) the Kidney need to process it. Keep drinking 2 to 3 litres of water a day to avoid load on kidneys. Depending on your fitness goals a scoope a day or two scoops could be sufficient. It’s good in taste

Not to the protein. Its one of the best one in terms of quality.The finger is at amazon seller who has sold a duplicate one. Its not an ON Protein.Never buy through amazon. I got to know this when i purchased the protein from ON official website. There is a lot of difference in taste between duplicate and original.Do not play with the money of common man Amazon.

I have purchased the ON supplement 1st time with this flavor currently using it but trust me guys one the worst flavor and taste it has. Dwai h dwai khansi ki. When you try to mix it, it create lots of foam. Unable to drink too🥲🥲 iss flavor ko chor k sab le lo,
