Awesome chocolate!!!!!
My sister brought this back from a trip to Bolivia for me. It makes the best hot chocolate. My husband and I make hot chocolate a lot during the winter. We have used all the brands, low brow and otherwise, Hershey, Valrhona, Lake Champlain., etc. This one beats them all. And it's organic and reasonably priced. I am actually a little hesitant to write a review as it is one of the best kept secrets. However, I also want to give the company it's due. The last time I ordered, it was shipped in a plastic container/bag. This is probably better as the box was often mauled on arrival.

Excellent Pure Tasty Cacao!
El Ceibo is probably some of the best chocolate on the planet! I buy cases of the Heritage chocolate bars because the beans are natural and not man manipulated, therefore, having the most amazing flavor and not needing all the sugar that the other cacao beans need in order to be palatably made into chocolate. The cocoa powder is delicious and I use it in my protein shakes into which I put zero sugar because this cocoa is naturally sweeter than most - I also add peanut butter for the protein and unsweetened almond milk which is naturally sweet without the sugar. Use this wonderful product! Also, buying from these folks supports farming families directly. There's no middle man here. :-)

Good for making chocolate cake
I've used a variety of cocoa powders for a gluten free chocolate cake that I make all winter long. This is as good as other powders and may be the best of the lot. It keeps well, and the packaging is okay.

I use this cocoa powder to make hot cocoa every morning! It is the best! Watch out Hershy! This product will give you a run for your money. And I've also had the chocolate bars from this same company. If you love dark chocolate, you'll fall in love at first bite! So good!

like the cocoa, but I put in my smoothies unsweetened, add a nice pungent flavor to my disgusting mix of greens....no bs yogurt, fruit, or whatever. Just God awful raw ingredients
