Not sure what it did exactly
1 bottle down. Chubby waist still, not much change in sleep quality, taste good though, Quality oil, fair priced, assuming it takes months to be very effective , not much of a change in energy.

Easy to take
This is a liquid supplement that can help the body relax to go to sleep. I did find that I slept better once I was able to get my body and mind to relax. The taste is mild. I did dilute it and apply it direct under the tongue but I prefer diluting it because the flavor is a bit strong for me. You get a decent size bottle but again the dropper is awful. I think all companies must use the same dropper for every bottle because they are not marked and they don’t pull the full amount into the dropper. I think it’s a good value and I do find it effective for helping me relax a bit.

The media could not be loaded. I haven’t found any beverage that it doesn’t blend with. Can’t taste it and the research backs up the calming hormone support listed in the ingredients. 🩷
