2gig PIR1 Passive Infrared Motion Detector,White

Easy to configure to 2GIG-GC3, works well.

Works as advertised, easy to install, and immediately connected to my 2-gig panel.

I ordered two 2gig PIR Motion Detectors, one works but the other is not because it’s missing both the PET & SENS Jumper Blocks. Returning the unit to UPS store.Update: the other one still works as designed.

Great product but the battery was dead had to buy new battery

This unit works 99% of the time. But I have had it false before. Easy to install. I don't use the pet function because my dog is 120 pounds. I turn the sensor upside down and mount it above the height of my dog and that works

does not detect anything. You can literally stand in front of the thing with a big flag, and the thing will not work. I had to to replace it with a honeywell motion detector. this motion sensor is garbage.

If you are going to install this yourself you will need to call tech support to have them unlock the installer portion and they can walk you through the programming. Also, as other reviewers have noted, the sensor sleeps for 3 minutes between signals, you can put the sensor in test mode by holding a magnet to the side. Then it will not sleep and will light up with each detection so you can adjust the sensitivity and angle to meet your needs.

Easy to install and easy to detect for both AAA alarm system and ViVint panel with 2.4 ghz frequency make sure to know how sensitive you want the motion detector and you can adjust it by switching the tab inside the back of the sensor
