Update:Replacement was sent out and it’s working fine. Seller contacted me after I left a poor review and did a great job to correct the problem. Seller sent out a replacement unit at no charge. New unit is working fine.I have to compliment the seller for doing the right thing. Thank you.I changed my review to 5 stars.The replacement unit throws the ball pretty hard. I’m hoping the unit last a long time.Original review =Stopped working on second try . Purchased with gift cards from Christmas. Finally got warm weather with no wind and after 3 balls one of the rotating thrower wheel stopped turning. Turned off and tried again worked for a couple more ball then stopped again.Turned off and figured I’d let it rest. Decided to work on my serve for about 15 minutes.Tried again and the one thrower wheel won’t even turn , unit just dribbles out a ball that falls to the ground. I passed the return window so I’m out of luck. I did read some of the reviews and I shouldn’t purchased this unit or I should have tried it right away and returned it. I waited for better weather. Only got about 7-8 balls thrown properly. I don’t recommend this unit at all. I’m out about 40$.

The ball launch works great - the auto feed not so much. The auto feed stopped working after about 25 balls. Which makes it useless for practice. I haven't been able to get it working anymore. I liked the way it worked previous to that though. Also, it doesn't work well off of conventional battery power - it needs a power supply to shoot balls any further than 20 feet.

My 9 yo son loves this thing! We set it up in our front yard and the kids go crazy!

This is a great product. It does jam once in a while as other's have stated.Product is well made for the price.I am an older gentleman who is a beginner to this sport.The base height angle can be adjusted so that you can practice various returns. This item is for beginner level and one step above.I would like to get an extra track for adding more balls. I also add a tennis ball for extra weight, at the top of the track, to help with jamming. The wind can also effect the ball as ball speed does not have a lot of pace on it.Overall, very satisfied with purchase.

It's ok when it's working. But I spent most of my time collecting the balls, instead of hitting them.

Great product for the price. Only complaint is don't leave it in the sun for long because the plastic will warp slightly and the balls don't reliably drop. Well, still an occasional ball won't drop when it's supposed to, but eventually (usually) it will, which makes for a great reaction/drill! :-)I added a remote control to it, and having to reload the 9 balls is a little tiresome, but whatever, it's great for the price.It's on a slow side for an intermediate level player, but serviceable. The multiple angles are good. I set low and closer to simulate a NVM firefight. And higher and farther away for hitting drills near the baseline.

Power connection is so poor. The rubber wheel makes balls all carrying trace of tubber black. Bad wheel material used.

Looking to improve my skill level, I decided to invest in the Furlihong 3802PBH Pickleball Machine. Now lets get down to it. The machine is light weight and made to last. The ball feed so far is consistent. The settings for speed, spin, trajectory makes it suitable for all levels. The ball racks are easy to assemble and being able to hold 19 balls is GREAT!!!!!! I would highly recommend getting a POWER BANK for the machine. Easy on the wallet very affordable.
