Easy to swallow capsules that are equally easy to open for sprinkling on food. I use them for my joints and give them to our dog also. Good value. Handy sized/shaped container too.

A standard, effective dosage for a good price
This supplement costs about £0.14/capsule and recommends 1 capsule per day, of a Turmeric which is standardised to 95% Curcumin, with Bioperine to increase bioavailability.This is quite a standard supplement with a standard dosage, for a good price. The one thing that could be improved would be to offer it in larger quantity bottles, instead of sending 2x60 capsule bottles when you order 120 capsules, as this would decrease their plastic usage.I have been using Curcumin supplements for, well, probably half of my life by now, and even more so in the last year since having some issues with my joints. All of my family use Curcumin, including our dogs, to help with symptoms of arthritis, sciatica and tendonitis. For myself, it also improves my ability to breathe at night by reducing inflammation within my nose.I'd highly recommend this, as my symptoms of inflammation have not worsened since taking this specific supplement which suggests to me that it is effective.

Decent Strength 1-A-Day
I have taken variations of curcumin and turmeric supplements in one form or another consistently for several years now, primarily for joint health due to being very active and also to help keep my skin healthy as it's a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, but also to contribute to keeping my mood lifted. It's a supplement I wouldn't be without as I know it works very well for me and this is it's most highly absorbed form so is a really great choice - just make sure you're clear about the benefits and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice.

Good anti-inflammatory
I suffer from joint pain which can keep me awake unless I take a variety of supplements, such as col-liver oil, krill oil, CBD oil at night, etc. Half my problem is that the joints that are inflamed can move about a bit more and hurt.I've been taking this supplement for three weeks now and it certainly has helped. My knee replacements have been swollen from day 1 (it's over 3 years since they were done) and I'm allergic to NSAID's, so these have been a real boon. It takes a while to start working (about a week and a half) but has some tangible benefit.They are quite easy to swallow and have no taste.

Great Product
When this product came to the Vine list, I thought I would give it a try. I have taken turmeric in the past as well as curcumin on its own. This is rather an impressive product as it combines turmeric and curcumin all in one tablet. I have used this combination before and it is very effective. The % of the active ingredient in this tablet is impressive. It is strong and absorbable compared to many of its competitors.This is a great anti-inflammatory tablet. If you suffer from inflammation, give it a try as the formula should help you. Recommended.

do the trick but taste is a slight issue
I got these to assist in reduce inflammation across various areas of my body. They certainly seem to be assisting.The capsules are a size that is easily swallowed. However, they have a strong odour and taste that I notice as it approached my mouth and once in my mouth for an instant before swallowing. It isn't overly unpleasant just quite a strong earthy and organic scent/taste.

Easy to swallow
These pills are easy to swallow. It is of high concentration that has good strength to tackle inflammatory. I have been taking turmeric/curcumin for a few years now, my tendonitis don't come back as long as I am taking them, these pills seem to work fine.
