Delicious and infused with Chillis
A delicious cheese with a little punch as it is a Red Leicester infused with some Chilli. Delicious and the very slightly hot chilli taste does not linger or in any way spoil the taste of the cheese. In fact it enhances the taste and makes the cheese interesting to taste. This one of my favourites.

Fabulous fiery aftertaste
I found it quite difficult to break into the red wax, but it was worth it. The initial taste is light and a little creamy, but the afterglow is warm and moreish. Absolutely fabulous.

Slightly Disappointed ☹☹☹
Even though most people are pleased with this product, I wasn't. Don't get me wrong the flavours were lovely but the thing missing for me was the slightly fiery after taste. Maybe I should try the black heart cheese next time.....

I love this cheese that I first tasted while in Wales on holiday. It is a strobe, smooth and tasty cheese
