Fabulous fabulous mattress. I finally can lie straight and still! My first night I don't think I moved at all. I no longer walk like a crone in the morning. My back, shoulders and spine are renewed. Very supportive. Perfect level of squish Vs support. Very well made with lots of handles! I have no complaints other than the box could do with improvement. It was in a bad state on arrival. No harm to the mattress though. Unpacking was a doddle. Very handy unpackaging tool included. Mattress behaved itself unpacking and didn't try to kill anyone. A lot of reviews mention a chemical smell. No such smell with my mattress. It's literally a dream to sleep on. Recommended 5*.

I have been using this product for about a month and so far so good, no complaints. I suspect it is no better or no worse than others in this category, however it is about 50% of the price of the more well known brands, one of which my son has. It is firm where you want it to be and provides plenty of support. My wife and I are in our later years and have purchased many mattresses over our 60 years of marriage (about every 5/6 years) this has been the best so far, and so it should be with the progress of technology. I suspect this will be our last. I would recommend this poduct particularly with the guarantees provided.

This mattress is absolutely wonderful it’s very comfortable and very firm before my back kept hurting but now I have no problems I love going too bed. It’s very thick which is good and I would definitely recommend it.

It's slightly softer than I was expecting but I kid you not it's the best sleep I've had in years, you feel like your on a cloud. You get a little sinkage which then supports your body to then have the pocket springs hold all the rest of you in just the right way. I'm a big guy weighing in at over 135kg and there is no transferring of movement to the other side of the bed. I love it

Most comfortable mattress I have ever had, I’ve had other box mattresses and this is by far the best, I do have back problems and this is brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very comfy! I've slept really well on this mattress, it's firm enough not to feel like I'm leaving a big sunken hole but soft enough to feel light.

I am really not happy as I have got rid of me old mattress now i have to wait for my new one im now sleeping on my floor im not impressed so far

What I like about it is that it doesn’t have a white surface on the bottom. This protects it from stains. I have a king-size bed and I’m really tired of cleaning it especially if water splashes on it. Mattress quality is the best for sure. I have king and twin. Highly recommended

I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for about a week. Buying a mattress online can be daunting but I took the plunge and am extremely glad I did. I did quite a bit of research prior to making my decision and that helped as well. I am a side sleeper, small in stature, and the firmness of the mattress is perfect. If you like a very “smooshy” bed, this is not for you. It is definitely on the firmer side but not rock hard. My hips and back feel no pain or pressure and I sleep all night quite comfortably. I am also a hot sleeper and I feel no excess heat from the mattress either so that is a relief, living in Florida. The only negative about the mattress is that the sides are not very supportive, you literally slide out of the bed…sitting on the edge would be kind of precarious. But the bed is so high the my feet don’t touch the floor so it is not a big issue for me. All in all, a very excellent purchase. The most amazing thing about my purchase was that Amazon credited me for the entire purchase price as there was a bit of a snafu with the delivery, it never came when it was supposed to, no one knew where it was, etc. But Amazon does not disappoint and I’m truly grateful for their amazing customer service. They certainly did not have to do this but they did. Thanks so much Amazon.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others. This mattress is absolutely not worth the $1,200 I paid. From the first night, it started sinking when I lay down, offering zero support. I woke up with back and body pain every morning. I ordered the 13” Cal King after reading positive reviews, but honestly, I don’t know how those could be genuine. Even cheaper $300 mattresses I’ve had in the past offered better quality and comfort. As others mentioned, the sides are loose and not well-constructed. That part, unfortunately, is true. Save your money and look elsewhere. I wish I had.

In my 80 years, this is the first mattress I have purchased without first lying on one to see how it felt. After one week, it is outstanding. I read the reviews before ordering, and I found none of the same problems. I will update my review if anything changes.

The Mrs and I are comfortable. Can't ask for anything better than that.
