3D Padded Protection Hip EVA Short Pants Protective Gear for Kids & Adults Skating Riding Roller

I knew this would be running small; it is intended for kids! I am 5’ and 100lbs and it was pretty tight around my waist. Otherwise this pad is amazing!!! I have fallen many times and it helped my butt. People have come up to me asking me where I bought it and that it’s genius. I think there is a market for this for older, at risk for falls people. They should make it and market it for older people. I would recommend this and want to do a clinical trial with this.

My daughter started to roller skate so there is lots of falling involved. These shorts work great. It is still a bit painful to fall but since she wears these shorts she didn’t get any bruises. So they work. Also it helps mentally- less fear to fall.My daughter is a tiny skinny 9 year old and I bought protection shorts in size Small. They fit perfectly well - not tight - so there is even some room for her to grow. My daughter wears regular pants or leggings sized for 7-8 years old.

Functionally, this is a great impact resistant short. The falls are less bruising and funny to watch her bounce up like nothing happened.Sizing:The size is off by one, thus too large. We cinched the waist as tight as possible. But the inseam is long and somewhat intrusive. Luckily, my daughter is having growth spurts and grew 3 inches this year. It was a Christmas gift. 9 months later, she is starting to make it look like she is not wearing my shorts.

Overall this is a great value! Based on other reviews I ordered a large. I am 5’6” and weigh about 118 pounds. I am also pear-shaped so more curvy on the bottom. It fits well except that the legs crawl up, making them bunch up around the top of my legs. I might have been able to wear a medium but I think it would have been too tight around the upper legs. I am 70 and wear these ice skating. I washed them in a mesh bag and hung to dry and so far they are fine.

My kid is happy. No injuries and no cries while skating on ice.

Love this product. The price is right and it helps my son feel more confident while skateboarding and rollerblading.

I love that it gave my daughter more confidence, it does run a bit small so I recommend sizing up. She’s 5 years old and it didn’t close on her.

Padding well positioned all around back and side, and padding material firmness feels just right to providing cushioning. The fit is perfect for both wearing inside ski pants, or outside of leggings, looks quite good
