Can’t really fault this camera. Connected it to my router with Ethernet cable and had it up and running within 5 minutes after taking it out of the box. It will do alerts for motion detection, motion tracking, 2-way audio. For £25 I’d say it’s amazing! Brilliant for keeping tabs on the dog while we’re out.

I dont bother with the cloud service option, just put MicroSD memory in by tilting camera up (the slot is on the front ball below camera lens) and use memory card to record after selecting it in the app camera settings.The 360eyes app needs 'install 3rd party app" permission on android phone.Instructions are poor butboth video and audio quality are excellentThe app function is lacking but fine for basic use as intended.Currently used by pensionee to keep an eye on her dog.

OK not totally finished testing it but so far so good. When using this you need you need a router that is compatible with older tech and uses 2.4ghz - possibly your modern router has both 5GHZ AND 2.4GHZ if your router is 5ghz only forget it!!When using your phone to set up make sure all the volume is turned up - you need the sound to communicate with the camera - I only discovered this when I deciphered the instructions.Using the app (search IPC360 in the Google Store) you need to enter a code when you sign up- this comes in a welcome email.Finally you need quite a long lead to connect to a power source (no battery)I'm not worried about recording (yet) so not tested the sd card

Got this camera today. It’s so much easier if you scan the code as the instructions are not quite the same. Also reset is in the back of the head and you just press it. I went to search for something sharp as you don’t get provided with one shown on the instructions, however found the reset and discovered you don’t need one.I’ve got this to keep an eye on my dog and the house when I’m away so not sure if I need to buy a SD card yet. It records on request and talk if you keep your finger on the talk button. Love how it moves around to view a wider scope. Just day one but so far I’m happy with it. Sits on top of my amazon echo and I love the look.

Really pleased. So easy to set up (QR code sorts out the app) that I had it working in less than 5 minutes. Would have been quicker if reset button was obvious (you have to rotate camera upwards and then it reveals itself) buy that’s being picky.Does everything you’d expect and more. Wall mounting kit included, could probably even fix to ceiling if you wanted to - Power supply being the only issue then. Great value and quality feel and look

This was my second camera as the first one was great but accidentally got broken, unfortunately, this camera seems to be faulty after a few months. The colour doesnt work always switching from black and white to colour and back and the last week will not turn from one side of the room to another without crashing and going black or kicking me out if the app. Have factory reset it but it still crashes if I turn the camera in app.

I really like this little guy. Although it failed my initial setup attempts the excellent customer service and support rectified the situation. When you provide power the device rotates and nods it’s head. Downloading app and setup instructions were included in the box with links on barcode to video of setup. Once installed I can operate the camera remotely panning around the room to monitor pets.

The surveillance camera arrived very fast, just 24h from my order, delivered at 24h Amazon lockers as requested. Package was good quality and camera well protected. Installation smooth & fast, took a couple of minutes. Really easy to setup. Amazing rotating feature, you can just place the camera in the right spot and control most of the house. High quality images & videos. Can have a free Sd card with a coupon inside, just follow instructions.
