This book delivers everything a Jew needs to engage in regular daily study, to bring their soul closer to Hashem. A few details to note:Firstly, this is heavy, and as such, is not something I consider to put in my bag when leaving the home. It stays on my bookshelf at home, next to a tzedaka box. The earlier Hebrew-only Chitas has that portability factor but this one, not so much.Second, the Siddur is Hebrew with English annotations, which is good for people learning Hebrew but who find English headings and explanations to be good signposts in a siddur. One can understand this design decision to not have a Hebrew-English siddur (like the blue Kehot TH), as it would have made the volume noticeably larger than it is already.Third, the type is very clear and nice. You won't have problems reading it.Fourth, the Tanya text flows very nicely with just enough additional context added, as does the Tehillim, Chumash, and Haftarot.It's well-made and the 4 ribbon bookmarks seem sturdy too. So if you or someone you know would benefit from having this potent compilation for daily study, and would find the Hebrew-only Chitas to be daunting, this edition is what you need.

The Daily Studies in Chitas (or Chitat חת”ת), contains all in one volume the components connected to the daily regimen of studying three Jewish texts: Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya. The inclusion of the texts all in one volume makes the material so accessible and facilitates the learning for anyone who has an interest in the subject matter. I have eagerly awaited such a volume and the ability to order it via Amazon is a gift beyond measure.The study of these texts, considered to be basic and essential for the spiritual growth and development of a Jew, and their daily study, was instituted by the Sixth Rebbe, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Shneersohn, of righteous memory. The Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, of righteous memory, encouraged this regimen also.This epic edition is a perfect gift for anyone considering the adoption of the Chitas regimen. And the leather cover adds to the attractiveness of the volume which anyone can proudly display in one's home

Has everything I need in it. The lay out and English translation are done very well.

This monumental achievement is everything that I thought it would be and more when I pre-ordered it. It will be my primary text for daily study, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Once in a generation is a project such as this undertaken and achieved - an affordable and essential masterpiece.Thank you, Kehot Publication Society, for this great gift to the world.
