My dog enjoyed it and it did the job after a great deal of work. Product was very crumbly and hard to mold around the medicine. I had to moisten it slightly several times to get it to work. 10/25/2023: After my review Zesty Paws reached out due to the 100% guarantee and I accepted the product again. They are very respectful, professional and friendly the entire process. I received the replacement very quickly. The product is very moist and easy to use. My dog loves the taste and now takes his medicine with no issues. You can tell the product is fresh, moist and super easy to shape around the medication. My dog loves this as much as I do. It's easy to use and I like the fact I can use a little if needed or a lot depending on the pills I am giving. My pup needs 5 heart pills a day and this is so nice to just use what's needed. If it's gets little dry I just add little water and work it into a ball and it's back to brand new. I specifically bought this also because of the probiotics as well since she has so many pills and this helps her tummy.

My dog who will eat just about anything (we actually call him Mikey often) when it comes to food and treats... will not touch this. So I thought.. maybe it's just him. I tried with my other two dogs as well, even without the pill, and washing my hands to make sure the pill taste didn't transfer. None of them will touch it. I'm a little annoyed I wasted almost 20 dollars on this, especially when many other companies had similar products for less. But I order other products from them as well, so I decided to stick with a brand I knew. The tub walls are super thick making the inside much smaller so you do not get much product. It also crumbles when you try to wrap it around the pill. You have to squish it a bit to get it to work. I would not recommend this product. Also, it cannot be returned.

Our dog started to be hesitant to take his pills with this paste after a few days so we added some extra stuff to hide that smell and it didn’t seem to last as long as hoped. It got the job done though. It seemed a little greasy too but our dog had an easily upset tummy and he did not seem to have an issue. I think the probiotics really worked well!

My dog (a picky Husky with ISEVERE IBD) did well digesting, and took the pills no problem.... as advertised!

Love the product but the package is terrible. It used to come in the small plastic jar which was much better. Now I just use the old jar, wash it out and put the new paste inside.

Agree with other reviews about oily and dry. The zipper also sucks, and started to fail after second opening. This is despite being careful about opening since I read other reviews about the same problem. The actual wrap is just one big slab that you tear off chunks on. The scent is strong, and leaves your hands smelling like it. Oil just drips off, and leaves your fingers oily. I clean the counter, and my hands after using some nice I can’t stand the smell, and oily hands. I have other things from the brand that I use, and continue to use. These just fall short.

I like this company because their customer service is top-notch and their products are good (we like the Senior 11-in-1 bites very much). So we were excited to see that they also have a pill wrap. What’s great (in addition to the fact that our dogs think it’s a tasty treat) is that it’s fortified with probiotics to support their immune and digestive systems. It is a bit more crumbly than other pill wraps I’ve used, but I’ve found you just need to work with it a bit to make it come together. Dog and human approved!
