Absolutely amazing. I started taking these recently after a friend recommended them to me and gave me a few to try. In order my own bottle last week and I already started noticing a reduction of stress and I have a much easier time falling asleep. They taste great and I started giving them to all my 4 kids who love them too. They also don’t stick to my teeth like a bunch of other brands which is great since I take them at night right before getting ready for bed.

They taste pretty good, but they are really hard to get out of the bottle because they are all stuck together. They also don’t seem to have a lot of magnesium or l-theinene in them, even though the serving size is two. I wish I would’ve looked closer because the magnesium is only 14% of daily value and if someone with anxiety that needs a lot of magnesium, this isn’t sufficient.

I’ve been taking these magnesium vitamins for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. I initially started using them to help with muscle cramps and sleep issues, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in both areas.
