Great quality and with them being adjustable they will grow with my grand baby. Skates are expensive, replacing them as your child grows is even more expensive, these solve that problem and grow with them!

Bought this in size XL for my grandson’s eleventh birthday. It barely fits and will need to be passed on to his younger brother soon.

My grandson had never ice skated before and i wanted a skate with good ankle support, these skates are perfect . He learned to skate by himself the first time. To anyone new to skating , make sure you have the blades sharpened before sending the child on the ice otherwise skates are too slippery and the child won't be able to stand up and keep their balance. The skates need to be able to dig into the ice a little for that.

I have seen adjustable roller skates but have never heard of adjustable ice skates. We are very casual skaters in our family and don’t go often but I love the concept of having our own skates for my son that will last a few seasons rather than paying to rent a pair the few times each year we go. My son is light for his age, and I feel like these will be ok since he doesn’t seem to be putting a lot of strain on the foot and ankle of these skates.Changing the size is straight forward.These are great skates for beginners. They are not professional skates for hockey players of course, and if he skates very frequently, we will buy a higher quality and more durable pair. They do the job for the rare circumstances we head out to the rink for, and my son says they don’t dig in or pinch his feet. I like that this has a blade guard for protection.Overall, after seeing these in my hands and on my son’s feet while wearing them, I think these are ok for someone small going slow and not doing crazy moves on an uncrowded rink a few times a year. More than that and I would probably not recommend these. They are a good value for us given that they will last a few years.

For the price these are great skates and adjustable as your child's foot grows. Great skates to learn on.

These skates are nice looking and seem like they will hold up well for my grandsons learning to skate on the lake.
