I took their Mental Edge product from the early 90's. When they phased it out I switched to this. Just like Mental Edge, it's not something you notice because you start taking it. But when you run out, and stop taking it, you realize it has been helping you stay mentally alert, focused and aids in memory. The affect is gradual, which is why you don't notice it when you start. But suddenly being without the many mental aids MegaMind is composed of, shows an immediate affect.

I've used Mega Mind for a number of years now. I started after I noticed that I was having trouble remembering words. I knew that I knew the right word, just couldn't pull it up at the moment. I've found Mega Mind to enhance my ability to remember not just words but over all memory short and long term. I take it every day along with Ginko Biloba. Start with a lower dose of this stuff than the regular serving size and work your way up, otherwise you'll be too wired to function. This stuff hits like an energy drink with a few extra amps. It's great for picking you up on a long or tired day, or for giving you energy and focus when you need it.Tastes like a gross vitamin-c pill, which really isn't all that bad considering what's in it. The pills are large and a little tough to swallow, especially since you're supposed to take 3-4 at a time.Be warned these aren't a magic cure for tiredness. There's no substitute for caffeine sometimes. But these are a great addition to your routine if you need that extra boost.

These are prohibitively large, and they do smell unpleasant. I've only managed to take one since I ordered these last month. At the same time I had ordered "Smartypants" 'gummy' multi-vitamins which have raised the bar for what I consider acceptable supplements -- not only do those contain many of the MegaMind ingredients, but you chew them (presumably allowing the body to better metabolize and absorb the nutrients) and they taste delightful. And I do feel better and sharper since I've started with the gummies. Never going back to horse pills like 'MegaMind'.

Here is the problem, they have 3 products for mental and cognitive improvement - but do they bother to take the 15 minutes to copy and paste every ingredient so we can compare. Matter fact, they should post a table formatted list of all 3 showing what is in which on and what dose. If they did, they'd sell a ton more. So anyway Source Natures, I recognize you are a high quality product, but when you release products with the same claims but variations on drugs, you need to spend time on your Amazon product page listing every little detail..
