This keeps me from smoking. I don't have any cigarette cravings. The packing is difficult to punch out from time to time.

Ice tried nicorette and other quit smoking gums. This one actually tastes like mint gum. Probably the best one I have ever tried.

Good, long-lasting flavor. The nicotine kick takes some getting used to, but once you know what to expect it effectively mimimizes craving events.

I used this to quit 3 years ago. I'm still using the gum. The FDA says continuing to use the gum is safe now, which is dandy except it is such an expensive addiction now.On the bright side, I don't crave cigarettes now and I'm probably exposed to less bad chemicals. White Ice Mint is probably the best tasting nicorette gum IMHO.The reason I give it 3 stars is because, although it delivers as promised to help to stop smoking, you may get hooked on the gum. For me it was preferable over other methods-- the patch left terrible welts and vivid dreams (not as fun as it sounds), medication had awful side effects as well. Nicotine gum as a cessation aid product was the best that I found but it feels deceptive because you basically trade off your cigarette addiction to a lesser evil.I like this gum and the flavor, however, so if you're going to use the gum I'd recommend this one.

Has multiple uses. Very helpful. Highly recommend
