I had been smoking for about 15 years when I decided that it was too expensive and just so bad for my health. I'm not a smoker but have been using these for my training and races. I also like to use these when I need a little more focus during my work. Combined with a cup of coffee and I can put out some great work. The flavor is good and seems to last longer than most regular gums, though I don't chew it like I would other gums. This I get my initial chew then put it in my cheek pocket, taking it out from time to time for a chew and small nicotine fix. These are not addicting. I have been curious about upping the mg from 4 to the next level. Worth trying whether you're a smoker or looking to enhance your racing.

I smoked for 42 years up to 2 packs a day in the last 3 years. I tried patches and they didn't work. This gum has been a life saver. Definitely curbs my cravings.
