Anzac 640347 640347A Carburetor for Tecumseh TM049XA TC200 TC300 2 Cycle Vertical Engine Jiffy Ice Auger Tecumseh TC II Carburetor

Worked very well on my troy bilt mini tiller. Took a few parts from old carb and swapped them over to make a perfect fit to the old machine.

The new carb is very close in design. I found that the governor and a few other screws needed to be pulled from the old carb and put on to the new one. The gas lines did work at all, I’m not sure what they are for. I had to buy a different gasket also. The kit had one but not the other. After all the work to get it on, it runs great. It starts in 3 plus and stays running. So far so good.

I was able to get the parts from the old auger onto it, but the throttle was sticky and wouldn't idle consistently. More of a movement restriction from the throttle butterfly plate than anything. So i used the gaskets and diaphragm from this one to rebuild the old one and it fired right up.

Perfect fit for a strikemaster lazer mag 10inch ice auger. I bypassed the governor and put a solid wire on instead. But if you still want the governor, it's just 1 screw you have to remove and replace with the stock parts. Can't complain for only $15 delivered.

Didn’t fit the tc300 I had. I modified the engine housing to accommodate. Could get it to idle but gas roared out of the main jet orifice. Basically junk. I threw it out rather than bothering to return. I basically got a couple pieces of fuel line and a coii you ple gaskets so it wasn’t a complete loss

It is a good carb for the money. It will bolt on my Lazer ice auger, but is not a good replacement for that application. I have not found a affordable alternative yet that is a exact replacement.

Fitting wasn’t good had to mod the case on my strike master after that it ran ok needed to adjust the needle leaver by bending it up a little then it ran good haven’t cut any holes with it but runs good in my yard

Fit prefect. Crappy carb. Never ran right and actually worse then before. Spend the 50$ and get an oem carb
